STAFF

Director of Programming, Dr Nicholas Sita is a Certified Sport Performance Specialist, a Certified Sport Performance Coach, a Certified Master Personal Trainer, a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist,and a Certified Massage Therapist. He holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology as well as an M.S. in Occupational Therapy. He was formerly the Official Speed, Strength, and Conditioning Consultant to the Philadelphia KiXX, Philadelphia Wings, NY/NJ MetroStars, The San Diego Spirit, Philadelphia University, Cabrini College, Canyon Ranch Health Resorts and the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup. 
 
A Collegiate, Four Year Varsity letterman, Co-Captain, Division I National Wrestling Championship qualifier and EPRU/ERU Select-Side Rugby Player, Dr Sita was Co-Founder of the Parisi Speed School at USTC before founding TopSpeed Performance School. 

Nicholas is nationally recognized as an expert on Sport Performance Enhancement, Youth Fitness, Injury Prevention, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Disability Fitness, and Women's Wellness Issues. He is regularly asked to lecture and educate across North America
.

Kiyon Harvey is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sport Performance Specialist has extensive experience with maximizing the sport performance of young athletes. Coach Harvey was a four-year varsity, stand-out track and field athlete at Washington High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After high school Kiyon enlisted and honorably served four years with the United States Army where he was stationed in Georgia, Oklahoma and Korea. He is currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology.

  

Coach Harvey's love for fitness and athletics in general, brought him back to the Philadephia Area where he has worked for five years in the Health & Fitness industry to perfect his skills in sport performance coaching techniques. 

 

Recently Coach Harvey has begun to focus his own athletic skill on becoming an appearance athlete, earning a fifth place finish in the 2007 Tracy Greenwood Classic. Kiyon has been featured on NBC's Wednesday 10-Show and trains the Biggest Loser's Season-Seven, Nicole Mikhalic as well as NBC's Denise Nakano and Dave Warren.
